ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Visiting my daughter in San Francisco inspired this colorful bay area semi-expressionism ocean painting. The Sunrise with the orange and peach hues were so spectacular I couldn't wait to reproduce the image when I returned home. Artist Acrylics and brushes were used to create the rocky waves exploding with color 24x24x1.50 sides are painted black, no framing necessary

I am a full time Colorado Artist, who specializes in landscape painting and florals. My main medium is Artist Professional Golden Acrylics but occasionally I Will use Windsor and Newton oils but feel that acrylics are more green friendly in my studio. I use both brushes and palette knives in my work depending on my inspiration of the day. Living in the foothills of Colorado Inspires me to do many Aspen tree and mountain range landscapes.
