ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I used to use masking tape to get straight lines in my paintings, but with this one, I tried my steady hand. 'Seisavar' is a disused word in spanish that means to give shape of hexagon, and that was exactly what I was trying to do -avoid missing the shape I drew. A teacher of mine complained everytime he saw green colours in abstract paintings, so I decided to use this full of greens palette, as to show myself he was wrong and greens can fulfil a canvas.

I was born in 1978 in Valencia, Spain. Colour and Geometry are the main items in my paintings. I move from precission to expression depending on times, but both are always present on my canvas. Besides painting, I work as an Art teacher in Secondary Education and in the Master Degree in Teacher Training.
