"Sempiterno, the beginning..." Painting

“Sempiterno” is a series filled with affection and positivity. It was conceived with the intention of inviting viewers to perform an introspective exercise so they can find the strength and will to move forward and persevere, even if the conditions are not the most favorable. The symbolization of the collection is expressed through the main work titled “Sempiterno, the beginning…” which, as its name refers to, is the beginning of a message whose purpose is to generate a positive impact that lasts and that, at the same time, no matter what happens and the projects I carry out, I can always go back to it to strengthen it or give it new forms. In addition to the main work, five other art pieces complete the collection, and they represent an expanded view of different fragments of the main one, with scales that vary from 1:3 to 1:6, and were made using different techniques (acrylic, markers, crayons). The expanded pieces were made on 3 cm deep frames while the main work was made on a 1 cm frame, thus providing a greater sense of spaciousness. Finally, each of these pieces comes to life, momentarily separating themselves from the main one and generating their own particularities, thus showing the range of possibilities that are available in our lives if we give ourselves the chance to stop and observe a little more.
