I am a painter working between figuration and abstraction, using the human body as a way to explore psychological states and emotional pressure. My paintings focus on vulnerability, movement, and endurance, often depicting figures that appear bent, fragmented, or in transition. I work with expressive line, layered color, and raw textures, allowing the image to remain unstable and open rather than resolved. Simple symbols—such as arrows, suns, or repeated forms—appear throughout my work, creating a dialogue between personal experience and broader systems that shape daily life. Color functions emotionally rather than descriptively, forming spaces that feel mental as much as physical. Through painting, I investigate the quiet struggle of navigating inner and outer forces, and the persistence required to keep moving forward.
