ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Inspiration is from kayaking in shallow crystal clear water through which I could see clam drawings in the sandy river bottom. The experience was being within and part of the dynamic of refracted and reflected morning sunlight, sparking water, sandy river bottom, blue sky. I hope this painting evokes this sense of energy.
