I’m a young artist of abstract painting. I was born in New Delhi in India and I live in The Netherlands (Amsterdam). I knew from the beginning as a little kid that painting was my passion and that I one day maybe become a real artist. My grandmother was my inspiration who painted many years ago, she painted for many people as a gift to them and she did it with love and passion. To be a painting artist you have to be creative and open-minded I think. You can’t learn to be creative, it’s a property of the character that a person should be born with. I learned it from my grandmother I guess! When I was a kid, my parents send me to some drawing lessons. My parents pushed me to study at the University. I started with Social Studies at the University, I got my Masters degree in 2008. I also started with Law School and obtained my Masters degree. After that I worked over 80 hours a week I realized I had to relax and do what I really love. That was the moment that I wanted to spend more time painting for people and following my passion. Art is not only about education or something you only can learn, you have to feel it. For example, a painting is not just about art. In my opinion it is much deeper. It’s about the feelings that I express in my abstract paintings. I paint with my soul, and I express my feelings in my paintings. That is what a painting makes it more than just art. Every artist has his own different inspiration. Some use love as inspiration and others use a landscape or a country as an inspiration. I use love, happiness and landscape as inspiration in my paintings. I have a top five list of country’s where I would like to do possible exhibitions. Japan, Monaco, Italy, London and France. I draw my art work on canvas. The reason I chose canvas is because the quality is much better and the colours are more clear. I also use acrylic for my paintings. Through my work, I am constantly exploring the relationship between colour, light and form. My paintings have unique designs, I do not copy my work. My art is original. I have built my experience from different assignments. Please give your personal feedback on my paintings. Feedback is a positive thing because I can take the best of it and make my work more interesting. I do my work in my own studio which is located just outside of Amsterdam. It’s were I find my inner peace, happiness and inspiration.
