Side 2 Painting

Having painted side 1 previously, this painting was inevitable. I think this side has a better selection of songs, which I suppose is a matter of taste. The cassette depicted here, which I bought at Newbury Comics when it came out in 1984, is a prized possession. Arguably one of their best releases. Now a rarity, as TwinTone Records apparently didn't issue many of 'em. I won't be parting with my copy. Includes a black wood floater frame, as shown. Notice: This oil painting is fresh and will need to be varnished after December 2017. Although it is dry now, it needs to continue drying for about one year, after which time a final, protective coat of varnish needs to be applied. Varnishing is a simple procedure. I recommend Gamvar or damar varnish, thinly applied with a soft brush. You can do it yourself if you're comfortable with that, or any competent local conservator can apply the varnish, for which they may charge a fee. If you wish, I will apply the varnish for you myself, at no charge to you. If you want me to apply the varnish personally, contact me via e-mail so we can arrange for you to ship the painting to me. Upon receipt, the painting will be varnished and returned to you in a week or so.
