A colourful skull portrait with a crown of bones. Exploring an interpretive way of presenting skulls. I love skulls for all the things that they represent: life/death, the only certainty we know is that we are going to die, and how freeing that can be. Skulls also represent a certain humanity and communality; we do not know the race, age, status or gender by simply looking at a skull. The piece is circular (40cm diameter).
