Sky is the Limit? How Claustrophobic Painting

Once the painting is finished, I give it a title based on the feeling it brings out in me. The moment I see it completed, I instantly recognise the emotion it stirs within me. This feeling could be inspired by fiction or drawn from my own experiences. The painting captures an expansive, boundless scene that stretches far beyond the sky. Colors swirl and blend, creating a sense of endless possibility and limitless potential. There is a feeling of upward momentum, as if the viewer is being propelled towards the unknown reaches of the universe. Despite the vastness of the cosmic backdrop, there is a focus on individual aspirations and dreams, symbolised by a figure reaching out towards the expanse with determination and ambition. The painting evokes a sense of awe and wonder, inviting viewers to contemplate the infinite possibilities that lie beyond the confines of earthly limitations. --- Accompanying dialogue: “Sometimes I feel so productive and so energetic that I really believe that only sky is the limit.” “But why limit ourselves to the sky? Why not aim for something beyond? There is whole universe out there that stretches far beyond the confines of the sky. While the sky is undeniably vast, but it’s not limitless. I reject the idea that our dreams, capabilities, and achievements should have any bounds, they should be endless. There is always something new to dream about, something fresh to learn and something more to strive for. The only conclusion I envision is death, but until that moment, I'll be striving for goals far beyond the sky.”
