My name is Elena Titenko. I am signing LeTi's paintings. These are the first two letters of the first and last name. I was born in the south of Russia into a family of Kuban Cossacks. My parents' house is located on the Black Sea coast. I very often spent time watching the sea, listening to it and admiring the night sky strewn with stars. My whole life and work has always been associated with beauty and art. Painting burst into my life with a great desire to pick up brushes, canvas and oil. Studying the work with oil, liquid acrylic, I never ceased to admire all the new possibilities and technologies. I am currently working on a collection of paintings called Constellations. In the paintings, I convey the position of the stars, studying astronomy and a little magic and fantasy, reading the legends of the constellations. My paintings change color, depth and what the human eye can see under different lighting conditions and the angle of the incident light. I am constantly looking for new ideas and opportunities for their implementation in order to create a sense of three-dimensionality.
