SMALL BIOGRAPHY: My first artistic creation, I made it towards the age of 6 years: a piece of carved door, my first object of recovery. I called it "my American door." Then I did not stop painting. 1990, animal period, essentially the cat and the horse. At first realistic, my style evolved into a stylized painting. Beginning in 1995, I participated in collective and then personal exhibitions. With notably : 1996 Exhibition of Villeneuve la Garenne (92) 1997 Salon de Gennevilliers (92), 1st Prize of gouache / acrylic 1998 Personal exhibition at the Galerie de l'Eveil in Bernay (27) 1998 Solo exhibition at the Town Hall of Chatillon (92) 1999 Salon félin Space Champerret Paris (75) 1999 Spring Show at the Galerie Art Présent Paris (75) I subsequently wished to progress towards other fields of investigation and another form of expression. I have abandoned animal art for photography. I perfect my technical knowledge then in 2015, I resumed my brushes, so that my painting becomes the echo of my thoughts. Neko92vl was born. NOTES TO PRESENTATION OF THE WORK: Acrylic paint with large solid colors. At first glance my work seems light and playful, but yet I am interested in serious subjects, such as difficult self-knowledge and acceptance of the other. The relationship between mankind and nature also inspires me. I paint on various supports, classic paintings, objects of recovery, as limestone bricks, where the paint is no longer to hang but to pose. I use old wooden boards of wood, I make my own supports in cement slabs. I do not hesitate to include objects in my paintings, when they seem to bring a more to my narrative. I love to experiment.
