The coldness of a winter scene. The obliteration of what makes up a landscape. And what lies beyond. The process of removing the white with abrasive paper, a process like digging through snow. This is all viewed through tree trunks or iron railings and the skeleton of a summer plant. The base for the picture is formed fibre wooden board. Layers of different tones and colour were built up to be finished off with a coating of white emulsion. Once dry the process of taking away began, using abrasive paper various tools and blowtorch. A small detail was made using charcoal.
