Sogno di una Città Painting

In my last work, "Dream of a City", I wanted to capture the fleeting essence of a rosy sunset and its reflection on a pulsating city of life. This work was born from my deep admiration for the shades of the sky at dusk and from the desire to transfer those emotional shades and those warm flashes on the canvas, imagining them wrap the buildings and streets of a metropolis. I embarked on a journey through colors, using a style that pays homage to impressionism in its ability to capture light and movement, and at the same time makes a nod to pop art with its vibrant contrasts and its immediate recognition. The brushstrokes, free but considered, and the choice of colors, instinctive but always intentional, are the result of an inner dialogue between my artistic vision and the canvas. "Dream of a City" is more than a painting; it is a dialogue between dream and reality, a bridge between the stillness of the sunset and the vigour of urban life.
