ABOUT THE ARTWORK
acrylic on frame wrapped canvas (very textured) This is a piece I started when I was fifteen years old. Another lifetime later I added the gold over the under layers to make it the piece it is now. It felt like it had a fiery tornado / sun flare / meteor / energetically emotional type of feeling to it, and I wanted to make that more intense. For many varied reasons, this is an extremely sentimental piece for me.
