Where were you when you first thought of yourself standing on the Earth? When did you first realize that this planet was your only world? When did you learn to love the sun, the moon, the horizon, the water and the green world that sustains you? My paintings are questions about the ways to understand the planet we live on.—WL This painting is made with oil and charcoal on canvas (sized and primed) on panel. The work is signed on the left edge (see photo). The artwork comes with a signed notice of authentication. This painting is packed in a custom, wooden shipping crate (per Saatchi requirement).
