Spring in Cremea. Painting

Svitlana Nechai artistic genetics originates from her father- Arkadiy Soroka who is known as the legend of Ukrainian painting, native painting and also as the honoured Ukrainian artist-painter. His name is in the record of the famous London's catalogue edition of 1989 "Russian and Soviet painters of 1900-1980 years". She was born May 15, 1948 in Vinnitsa. Having graduate Kyiv State Artistic Institute (today National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture) the department of architecture in 1967-1973. She worked as the designer-architect. But Svitlana as well as her father is the painter of colour from the very birth. Svitlana Nechai-Soroka starts the creative process energetically from 1979 creating the bright water-coloured portraits, still-lifes, landscapes. Energetic water-coloured painting which is fearless and strong by its emotional aspect starts to win exhibition halls of Kyiv, Ternopol', Lviv, Leningrad (St.Petersburg), Moscow, Poland, Bulgaria... Painter's creations may be found in Arts Museums of Ukraine, Russia and also in private collections of Ukraine, Czechrepublic, Canada, Israel, USA, Japan, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Grate Britain, France. Svitlana depicts nature's life creating its poeticly spiritualized image with the help of energetic actions of the paintbrush. High artistic skills allows Svitlana Nechai to depict expanse and depth, the reality of objects and the riches of picturesque impressions extremely precisely and delicately. Painter's landscapes marked by their simplicity and lyric filling. In her water-coloured works there is their inimitable charm, deep feeling of love to life, and in her manner of water-coloured painting it can be felt her own vivid individuality. Her creations can be recognized at once from the very first sight because the painter's soul itself is present in them. The goal of penetration, overcoming the difficulties of the depicted material is always the most important for the painter in her creative work to express her confidence, her feelings and emotions.
