Spring Painting

"Spring" is a hard-edge geometric painting playing with shapes, color and flowing lines. Representing the convergence of nature's soft flowing organic shapes of blooms against the hard-edge man-made buildings in urban areas. It shows how nature coexists with the world we have built. Currently installed with a top pine wood bar that allows the piece to be hung on the wall in the style of a banner. Sides and bottom edge are unfinished and hang freely. 2 D-rings are attached on the wood bar for ease of hanging. Full size this canvas measures 60H x 78W inches leaving finished canvas to stretch on 1.5" stretcher bars to 55"x74" image as shown. See additional photos for details. It's signed on back and ships in a tube. This makes it really safe for oversized art and provides lower shipping costs. Rolled works can be easily stretched on wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer upon arrival. The canvas is finished to the outer edges to make sure the edges will be completely finished so framing would not be necessary if stretched.
