Stanley Kubrick's 2001 A Space Odyssey still holds up as the iconic monumental film it is. The mystery of the monolith still intrigues. With a little tongue in cheek brush work I made the smart phone as today's cipher for today's monolith. I threw in the wonderful line from E.T. substituting Stanley for the title.
