About The Artwork
Her knack for numbers is the obvious catalyst for the swift ascent. I love to illustrate irony and humor in my work. In this piece, I placed an evocative female pair of legs moving upward on the corporate ladder, inferring that the legs are what got her there. In my subtitle, I explain that it is her knack for numbers that is the catalyst for her swift ascent. To enhance the ironic humor, I used a flat, contemporary style with bold colors and outlines. I hope this painting delivers a whimsical, light-hearted air for its viewers. This piece's edge is painted teal - matching the airplane. Hanging hardware is installed.
