Marek Ruszkiewicz - born in 1987 in Wrocław. He obtained a diploma at the Painting and Sculpture Department of the Academy of Fine Arts. Eugeniusz Geppert in Wrocław in the studio of prof. Christos Mandzios in 2013. He deals with sculpture, design and painting. He persistently looks for relationships between construction, deconstruction and destruction. His works are in private collections in the country and abroad. Has completed many individual and group exhibitions. Currently a participant in Interfaculty Doctoral Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. In my works I am looking for relationships between construction, deconstruction and destruction. By asking questions about the stages of the above-mentioned processes, I try to present an almost infinite number of probable scenarios. I don't notice any major obstacles so that each of the topics discussed could be a starting point for building a spatial form. The boundaries between construction and destruction very often run in the field of deconstruction, which loses its autonomy. The situation becomes even more interesting when the extreme terms (i.e. destruct and construct) begin to fulfill the function of both beginning and end.
