ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Please note the difference in dimensions with and without framing: Unframed: 14.5x10" Framed: 19x14.7" Still life with mangoes, made with Japanese watercolours on rice paper. I am using the best of Chinese and Japanese inks and watercolours to paint these colourful fruits. Mangoes have lovely bright skins and roundish shapes, hence, they caught my eye and made it to rice paper. The painting is signed with my personal seal and wet-mounted on thickened rice paper. It is further mounted on acid-free backing board with passepartout. It can be used as is or framed with wood and glass. Please use acid-free adhesives when framing.
