With a diverse background in telecommunications engineering, fine arts, and comparative philosophy, my art is a bridge between the analytical and the abstract, fusing technology, aesthetics, and deep philosophical inquiry. My creative process is guided by questions central to human existence: What is the self? What is the no-self? How do these concepts shape our experiences and identities? I explore these themes through visual representations that offer snapshots of my philosophical investigations. My work is not meant to provide answers but rather to evoke reflection—each piece a momentary pause in an ongoing dialogue between thought and form. My series on the cactus, for instance, is a metaphor for the complexities of feminist thought. Much like feminism, which transcends the surface understanding of equality and the #MeToo movement, the cactus is multifaceted. It is not merely spiky or defensive; it grows, bears fruit, and, at times, reveals its vulnerabilities. It represents how feminism, too, has different cultural layers and nuances, challenging the simplicity of labels and inviting a broader reflection on female experience across societies. In essence, my art serves as a visual reflection of philosophical questions, offering an incomplete image, a glimpse into the ever-evolving nature of thought. It invites viewers to consider what lies beneath the surface, whether it’s in a cactus or a concept like feminism, and to engage with the deeper, often hidden, realities that shape our world.
