ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Whenever I visit a gallery, I take a camera with me. Assuming photography is permitted, I will take sometimes hundreds of snaps in the hope that one of two will suggest something unusual, powerful, ambiguous in the way people hold themselves and interact. This was one such example - a bold and incongruous gesture in the most dramatic setting.
