“Sunday, Angus and Torito” – 2017- Available This is a view from this 1948 Pontiac Torpedo antique car on a drive coming towards Santa Monica from the North (Malibu) on the Pacific Coast Highway. I’ve probably driven it a million times. These two dogs belong to neighbors, but I love them like I gave birth to them myself. Angus (the blonde) is a Scottie and Torito (grey) is a Schnauzer. This painting is really a reflection of love. I love vintage design, especially cars, I love those two dogs, I love this view and I love the relaxed feeling of Sundays with a beautiful sky and the wind softly blowing making the palm trees dance. This painting is wired on the back and ready to hang. I can provide hardware. It was painted with a palette knife and brushes so there is some texture to it. It has a gloss varnish on it. It is an image that I will be making prints of, so this could add value to the original painting in the future. Nothing looks as vibrant as an original painting.
