ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Flowers always give me new thoughts and ideas for a new painting. A orange theme painting is inspired by the brightness and beauty of sunflower. The “silkiness” of the paint, the intensity of the color and the symmetry of texture motivates me to capture these subjects and bring life to it. Ability to layer out 3 dimensional texture allowed me to create a unique feel for this paintings that brings a natural feel and life to the paintings.

I am completely captivated by abstract art and the boundless territory it allows me create. I love to use my brush and paints to create abstract beauty on textured surfaces. From the silky texture of the paint to the rough texture of stone, I use texture to add expression, and add depth to my paintings. I create different textures in my art by mixing sand, stones,saw dust, straw, and more. I enjoy experimenting with different materials to create new and fresh textures for my painting to enhance the feel and contribute to the mood. Over the past several years , I have participated in several exhibitions and sold 100 plus paintings.
