In art, I follow the light... Abstract painter based in Warsaw, Poland, with a degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. I typically work in acrylics on linen canvas creating monochromatic, white, structural, and overexposed compositions. Since 2020 have been creating a series of abstract paintings Surface which renders my quest for light and air entangled in spaces and forms. ARTIST STATMENT In art, I follow the light… The light carries the air. It floats and vibrates. It entangles forms and spaces, penetrates, fulfills, and sculpts. This process fascinates and inspires me. Monochromatic colors, whites, light structures pave the road of my explorations. I draw from the organic world, nature, soil and create overexposed compositions. The canvas transmits my experience, my spiritual affinity between the light and the air. The objective is a clear and transcendent emotion that inspires the tender observation of the mystery of light.
