Sylvester the Lion is famous for his great escape from the Karoo National Park. Sylvester went on the lam for 2 weeks and when finally caught he was held in a police holding cell until his transportation back to the park. His story is just like most of the stories coming out of SA, a little quirky and almost unbelievable. The escape artist is painted in a technique similar to that of his story...not to serious and a bit of fun, colours are true to SA and our vibrant spirits.
