THREE MUSKETEERS Painting

Fulya Ceker is an artist based in Istanbul and Dusseldorf. She studied fine art at Marmara University in Istanbul and had ink&print&illustration courses in Amsterdam&Montreal-Canada.She is a fashion illustrator and designer more than 15 years with Europe brands.She currently lives in Istanbul and Cyprus. She is known for her distinctive female portraits and silhouettes, layered expressively with a mixture of organic pencil strokes against colorful ink washes. With a dedication to fashion illustration, Fulya has given her own bold yet elegant touch to femininity in the images she creates. Most of her work is a mixture of analog drawings with a final digital touch. she plays with her knowledge about composing, color harmonies and her love for handmade and haptile looking illustrations. She paints powerful, expressive portraits. She loves to capture the poise and confidence of her subjects while striving to show a glimmer of vulnerability. She consciously plays between figurative and abstract representation, which gives the pictures a special effect.
