ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Original ONE OF A KIND mixed media painting "TOAST" (2015) by contemporary artist NEZ PEEK. Created on a re-purposed cardboad box rescued from the dumpster and reinvented as fine art. This box started its journey in Austin Texas (says the now removed shipping label), wound up in Surrey BC Canada, and now awaits a new home. The deep 2.25 inch sides are painted black making this piece ready to hang as it is.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I am a self-taught contemporary artist living in British Columbia. Currently I am producing mixed media works on paper, canvas, found cardboard and wood. I work with graphite, acrylic and oil, sometimes incorporating collage elements. My art is Expressionist in style, referencing natural subjects and figures, though I do produce pieces that are non-objective and purely abstract. Conveying authentic emotion is the goal - distortion, gestural brushstrokes, splatters and drips are some of the ways I try to reach it. I'm always experimenting.
