About The Artwork
To be paired with my original poem Abandoning The Formula Beyond a swath of spindly shrubs, I long to finger patches of brazen green petals swaying and bowing and whispering inside an early morning breeze that presses into my nude face; Two crows cut into valleys near my line of sight like fighter jets invading space with a raucous display above bleachers peppered with bored children; Looking within, I cross my arms and knock my chest with a cocky punch and abandon the trail; supple overgrowth bends as I walk toward the hazy glow of nature's undulating bells.
