Girl and boy with a wolf mask. Painted with tempera on a primed linen canvas, stretched on a wooden frame. Ready to hang on the wall. Not framed and not needed but a thin frame of choice would look nice. Will be shipped in a box. Tempera is a permanent, fast-drying painting medium consisting of colored pigments mixed with a water-soluble binder medium (egg, oil and water). Tempera paintings are very long lasting, and examples from the first century AD still exist. Egg tempera was a primary method of painting until after 1500 when it was superseded by the invention of oil painting. Leonardo da Vinci and Botticelli are exampel of artists using tempera.

In my paintings we meet people of ambiguous age in portraits or tableus that are fabulistic, symbolic or fragments of a story. I went to the Oslo National Academy Of The Art where I studied painting, printmaking and sculpture from 1985 to1992. And took my Master of Fine Art at the Chelsea School Of Art, 1999/2000. After graduation I won the National winner at the UBS Art Award, for UK in year 2000 . My work has been purchased by museums and institutions.I live and work in Oslo, Norway.
