Similar to Cosmos, there is a sense of disorientation where planets and different realities collide. In the middle plane there is a grassy glade to the centre right of the composition and in the foreground a deer. The deer represents nobility and calm within a tumultuous environment.

Simon Boyd, born in London 1978, studied Fine Art at Middlesex, 1997-2001. He has lived in Argentina since 2007. Simon has held solo shows in both Argentina and the UK; ‘The Jousters Banquet’ at the British Arts Centre, Buenos Aires, in 2009 and ‘Also Light…’ at Anteros Arts Foundation, Norwich, 2023 to name a few. He has also participated in the International Contemporary Art Biennial, Buenos Aires, in 2016. A key inspiration for the colour and depth of his work is the South American landscape of La Pampa. Simon's use of palette echoes the sense of vitality and purity the landscape there evokes.
