THE HERONS Painting

The Siberian artist Elena TIKHOMIROVA (Aloosangenleia) was born on the shores of the lake Baikal. After a decade in Paris and the extreme east of Europe in French Bretagne, she now set her easels on the French Côte d’Azur. For 20 years now, she dispends her mystical and fantastic worlds on her canvases. Member of the Association of Russian Artists in Paris and International Union of Artists of Moscow, she blends her oriental roots with some western fantastic influences and gives us colorful and mystic oil paintings. The eternal movement "Art is a never-ending process on the path of understanding the world and yourself! I love oil painting! It is physical and admirably adapted to my pasty painting, allowing me to play with the image through texture and volumes. I love to blend the colours directly on the canvas. I am fascinated with unpredictability. The shuddering process of communication with my true self begins! An unquenchable thirst of revelation guide me to new pictorial experiments.
