Based in Norway. I draw endless inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes that surround me. I prefer to paint directly from life, embracing the ever-changing beauty of nature while working en plein air. Painting outdoors allows me to truly connect with my subjects—capturing the essence of a moment, whether it’s the golden hues of sunrise, the vibrant glow of sunset, the stillness of a sultry summer afternoon, or the quiet melancholy of a rainy October day. My paintings are often smaller in size, a reflection of the fleeting nature of these moments. The weather and light shift quickly, urging me to focus on what is most important—the feelings and essence I wish to convey. Every brushstroke is an attempt to express emotion, to transport myself and others to a place of peace and serenity.
