This is taken from a wedding snap of some inlaws of mine. The title comes from a term I'd heard used for a political assassin and I felt it aptly summed up the slow death of suburban life.

I am influenced by my upbringing in a coastal town, my experience of disability, and by the figurative tradition from Caravaggio through Vermeer to Spencer and Freud.
