Art Description

Painting: Soft Pastel on Paper.

Using U2's seminal lyrics from "Running to Stand Still", I painted this depiction of a place I once knew.

The poison stream continues feeding its floodwaters of cancer and despair in this toxic place, and one day the river will reclaim it's own and all that is vile will be washed away forever.

No one will know or care.
