"The Red Thread of Reason" Painting

My name is Anastasiia Krykun, and I am a mixed-media artist deeply passionate about exploring the intersection of emotion, movement, and abstraction in my work. Originally from Ukraine, I create bold, layered compositions that balance chaos and order, fluidity and structure. Using a variety of materials such as acrylics, charcoal, pencils, and texture pastes, I bring depth and energy to my paintings. I love combining expressive brushstrokes with fine graphic details, weaving together abstract forms and geometric elements. My work reflects how I see the world—dynamic, ever-changing, and filled with contrasts. For me, every painting is a journey, not just for myself but for the viewer. I want my art to evoke emotions, spark thoughts, and encourage introspection. Each piece is an invitation to step into a world where textures, lines, and colors tell a story unique to every individual.
