Born in Sibiu, Romania in 1967.Graduated the University of Arts & Design Ioan Andreescu, Cluj- Napoca in 1997. I refused to join the Union of Romanian Plastic Artists (UAP) because I consider it to be a censorship organism, as it used to be before 1990.In an environment hostile to real art market, I found (along with some curators) that it is not appropriate to do more than 2 personal exhibitions in my area.I strongly believe that if one wants a real legislative change and a pluralist attitude towards this embryonic art market, one has to not conform to existent status quo and try to make a difference, as an artist and as a human being in general.
