ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is the story of a boy Badi, in Bahai History who was in love with Baha'u'llah and offered to take the Tablet to deliver to the Shah of Iran. Because of this, he was put in chains, tortured and eventually killed. He was 17 years old. I've conveyed all aspects of the story symbolically, and his eventual freedom from this world by a white bird. The medium of watercolor has enhanced this inspirational story by giving it brilliancy and transparency.
