ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I painted this pre-civil war house in Mississippi to save a piece of history. I love old southern houses and many of them are being destroyed. This one looks like it may not stand much longer, but I find it beautiful. The folks that lived here were likely not wealthy as it is a very small house, but I think it has character. I call it the shack.
