About The Artwork
Art is my way of expressing and relieving my innermost emotions, sharing pieces of life experiences that carved my being and became a part of me through the years. It reflects my entirety- the conscious and unconscious, the outside and the inside all merge to a one creation. Human complexity and the imperfection of life are at the center of my creation. The Sitting Man portrays a man that is sitting on a chair surrounded by conflicting forces. The open sky - a symbol of freedom- are wrapped by what may seem to be a rope ladder. The man is holding an item that may seem to pull or hold the man. The viewer may notice other conflicting symbols light, rock, barriers and more.
