Artists statement: We are Vanda Omejc and Gabrijela Železnik, co-authors of artistic mandala paintings. Since 1998, we have been creating together. Our journey began when we met while traveling, and combined our gifts to start creating unique and beautiful mandalas. Gabrijela creates the initial sketches, while Vanda hand-draws the mandalas on glass using a paintbrush in a special technique of tiny dots. Why dots? A dot is round and represents a circle, which is a symbol of completeness and wholeness. Through our art, we aim to bring these qualities into people's lives.
