The Target Painting

A few years back my brother invited me to shoot guns at a shooting range. It was my first time, and quite frankly I enjoyed it. Not to say I'm any kind of marksman, but what amazed me was how easy it was to hit a target. Mind you a target is not a moving, flesh and blood object. But I was amazed how easy it was to hit it, and for that matter how easy it is, even for someone who's relatively untrained to kill someone. I wonder if it would be just as easy if the target was more realistic. Does one think of killing during this gun shooting past-time?
