ABOUT THE ARTWORK

I was inspired to do this small painting by the Void paintings of Dusti Bonge; a woman artist whose work was exhibited posthumously at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. She was inspired by the book Zen and the Art of Bicycle Maintenance and the philosophy around it. After years of meditating and living in India I too involve my imagination in depicting 'the Void'.
