"The bird who loved a cow with feathers..." is a painting created by contemporary French artist painter Eric Bourdon with acrylic art paint on cotton canvas stretched on a wooden support frame. The artwork is varnished and ready to hang. A cow with feathers who, despite herself, causes the passionate love of a febrile bird. Except that... the two feathers of the cow are strangely similar to those of the fowl...! Often we love for a reason, and this reason is often a resemblance. Or an illusion of resemblance, an erroneous projection which makes us see in the other what only came from us. True love is without reason. Without her feathers, would the cow still be loved by the bird ?... © Eric Bourdon

Eric Bourdon just pushes this everybody’s game a little bit further, and the fun of it ! Scribbler by profession, Eric Bourdon tries to shed light on the creative wealth of chance and accident, and to reveal their inexhaustible potential. His artworks have been exhibited nationally and internationally in solo and group exhibitions in the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, France, Belgium, Italy, China... and are held in numerous private collections worldwide.
