© Title: The Dream Oil on canvas 100 cm x 200 cm Selected work for the Sant Jordi International Fine Arts Award convened by the Perelló 2020 Foundation Explanatory memory In this work the artist undertakes the adventure of shaping the nature of the human being, a journey to the complexity of the personal self through the use of a symbolic and conceptual language that invites the viewer to interpret the canvas without constraints. In the creative process, the author initiates an introspective analysis that allows him to capture his reality and identity through a corpus of symbols that the observer, with his gaze, decodes to create one of his own and personal, the meaning of which only he knows and what define. The curved line, the common thread of the artist's "curvista" aesthetics, and the color always signify and structure the composition as a dynamic whole, in constant movement, where each of the elements are interconnected, down to almost microscopic levels, imperceptible from the remote observation, but clearly defined when the gaze approaches the work and discovers the meticulous pattern of connections, like the threads of an endless tapestry.
