This painting depicts the moment when nature shows its vulnerable sides and faces change. The feeling of chaos and insecurity, reminds us that nature is not static, but constantly changing and adapting to new circumstances. The combination of different techniques (water colors, acrylic, egg tempera, fineliner) with a combination of different lines and moves that intertwine, create a chaotic representation of the landscape, while intense colors create a sense of vibration and dynamics. Sharp moves suggest the forcefulness of nature. Trees are a symbol of strength, but also of fragility, and their very form is unstable. We could also say that this chaotic depiction of nature arises through the inner struggle of the individual - emotional destruction and a sense of insecurity. The power of nature and its ability to create and destroy or the power of the individual and his ability to create and destroy are great. It is a representation of life, death and rebirth.

I was born in Split, Croatia in 1993, but I grew up in Sinj, a small town in the Dalmatian hinterland. Art was my first love, so even as a child I wanted to go to art school, which I eventually finished in Split, Croatia. During high school, I met with restoration, and after high school I decided to enroll in the faculty for conservation and restoration of art. During my studies, I mostly conserved and restored works, and one of the most prominent places where I worked are the Dubrovnik Cathedral in Dubrovnik – fragments of wall paintings and the Rikard Benčić Factory in Rijeka. My previous works are mostly based on portraits, figures and nudes, but since 2023 I have been intensively engaged in landscape painting. As of 2023, I live in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
