ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Here I was inspired by the all absorbing joy and wonder of the tiny world of a tidal pool. Underlying the work and still visible in the lower right quadrant are lines of writing exercises that used to be required of grade school students. It is to indicated the struggle to constrain imagination while preforming tasks in contrast to the expansion of imagination when discovering the wonders in a tidal pool. The image extends around the edges. No frame is necessary.
