"Landzarote - a walk" is a fascinating series of images that capture the rugged yet enchanting landscape of the island of Lanzarote. With a special focus on the unique locations of Charco de los Clicos and Timanfaya National Park, the artist uses a mixture of pigments and organic materials such as sand, mortar, wood, paper and fabric to emphasize the natural beauty and textural diversity of these places. This series invites the viewer to experience the majestic and mystical landscapes of Lanzarote through a visual journey. Concept and theme The series of images "Landzarote - a walk" explores the geological and ecological uniqueness of Lanzarote. The use of natural materials highlights the deep connection between the art and the environment. The two central locations of the series are: Charco de los Clicos - A picturesque green lake surrounded by black volcanic sand and impressive rock formations. This natural spectacle is the focus of the works and symbolizes the power and beauty of nature. Timanfaya National Park - A volcanic landscape characterized by solidified lava fields and dramatic cliffs that seems to be another world. These surreal scenes are captured in the series and convey a sense of wonder and awe.
