b. 1983, Manchester Annie lives in Bristol and works from Jamaica Street Studio's in the creative heart of the city. She studied Textile design at Brighton University, leaving in 2005 with a 1st class BA degree. Annie has been working for over 14 years as a printed textile designer for many clients, but recently has been led to explore more deeply the environment around her and her relationship with the city; community and perspectives through painting. Annie currently works with acrylic and decorating emulsion, collage and spraypaints to convey objects and places as she believes them to be. Colour, shape and found objects are built to create scenes on canvas & wood.
